• Management and moderation of community channels
• Analysis and monitoring of digital indicators and metrics related to the community
• Support in activities related to Oseva China's institutional partnerships 观中国
• Support in the development of the Paid Membership Program
• Ensure the consistency of the Organization's projects, with the institutional mission and values

• Advanced or fluent level in Portuguese
• Advanced or fluent level in English
• Availability of around 10 hours per week, including meetings, Observa China events and work on weekends
