Profile

Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of digital indicators and metrics related to the team
- Support for recruitment activities, such as opening vacancies and interviews
- Creation and monitoring of integration and dismissal processes.
- Creation and monitoring of financial processes
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent level in Portuguese
- Advanced or fluent level in English
- Availability of around 10 hours per week, including meetings, Observa China events and work on weekends
