• Analysis and monitoring of digital indicators and metrics related to the team

• Creation and monitoring of financial processes

• Advanced or fluent level in Portuguese
• Advanced or fluent level in English
• Availability of around 10 hours per week, including meetings, Observa China events and work on weekends
