• Support the strategic and operational objectives of the team
• Assist in implementing existing and future programs
• Ensure the alignment of projects with the mission and institutional values
• Monitor and respond to contact emails
• Maintain communication with journalists, fellows, and team members
• Monitor team channels and discussions about ongoing projects
• Emotional responsibility for the ongoing projects. Analysts should structure their own workflows without input

• Advanced or fluent level in Portuguese
• Advanced or fluent level in English
• Proficiency in work tools such as Slack and the Google Suite
• Basic knowledge of design or programming is a plus
• Chinese is a bonus but not required
• Availability of approximately 15 hours per week
