Beatriz Santiago is an Advisor at Vallya, a business strategy and investment consultancy, where she follows the Brazil–China agenda and produces analyses of political, economic, and geopolitical developments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB), where she conducted research on Chinese environmental policy and the energy transition in the 21st century. Before joining Vallya, she worked as a political and legislative analyst at PATRI Public Affairs, focusing on the environment, financial and tax systems, COP30, and carbon credits. She contributes to initiatives led by the Brazil–China Business Council (CEBC) and the Climate Policy Initiative (iCS) focused on green finance and Chinese investment in Brazil.
