Caio Henrique Soares is a Fellow of the Cañizares Center for Emerging Markets at the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University. He is also an attorney, specializing in Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and Contracts. His research at Cornell is focused on foreign direct investment, M&A and trade between Brazil, China and the United States of America. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and a Master of Laws from the Cornell Law School.
