PhD candidate in Social Sciences at São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a research focus on International Relations and Development. Holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree from UNESP. His research explores the intersection of digital geopolitics, technological imperialism, and power dynamics in the global order, with particular emphasis on China's strategies in response to the Western-led digital architecture. He is the author of articles on technological sovereignty, the global semiconductor supply chain dispute, and China's resistance to digital colonialism, published in journals such as the Brazilian Journal of International Relations. He also works as a political communication consultant, having coordinated over 11 electoral campaigns.
