Fabio Morosini is Professor of Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, where he also holds a joint appointment in the Graduate Program in International Strategic Studies. His research focuses on international economic law, and Global South approaches to international law. He has held visiting appointments and fellowships at the University of Michigan Law School, New York University School of Law, the European University Institute, and the World Trade Organization. Professor Morosini is the co-editor of Reconceptualizing International Investment Law from the Global South (Cambridge University Press) and the author of numerous publications on international economic law. He serves as one of the Editors-in-Chief of the Journal of International Economic Law (Oxford University Press). He holds an LL.B. from PUCRS, an LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin, a postgraduate degree in Law and Globalization from Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
