State Attorney based in Botucatu-SP, graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Master's degree in Aerospace Sciences from the Air Force University. Specialist in Environmental Law, as well as Tax Law and Constitutional Law from Cândido Mendes University. He began his studies in Catholic religious formation, having studied with Jesuit priests, from whom he acquired a passion for Asia. Later he pursued Law and International Relations. Author of several books and articles on Foreign Policy, International Law and Aerospace Power, involving the themes of Environment, Defense and political-legal Constitution.
