Marcos Ludwig is a partner at Veirano Advogados, where he advises Brazilian and international clients on corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters, with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure projects. With more than two decades of experience, he is known for building consensus in complex negotiations and leading multidisciplinary teams. Marcos heads the firm’s China Desk and serves on the board of directors of the Brazil‑China Business Council (CEBC). He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and an LL.M. from McGill University’s Institute of Comparative Law in Montreal, Canada.
