Luana Margarete Geiger is a Non-Resident Fellow at Observa China 观中国 and at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies (TCSS), as well as a Permanent Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS). She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Political Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and received the Taiwan Fellowship in 2022. Her writing has appeared in NK News, The Interpreter, and The Brazilian Report.
